Ingredients:
- Potato flakes 125 g (2 glasses)
- Water 400 ml (2 glasses)
- Milk 200 ml (1 glass)
- Salt 1 teaspoon
How to prepare:
Two glass boiling water, glass cold milk, teaspoon salt. Into the pot with prepare liquid pour two glass of potato flakes. Do not stir! Do not boil! Do not add boiling water! Ready to eat after 1 min.Potato Chop 3 portion

Ingredients:
- Potato flakes 125 g
- Water 300 ml
- Wheat flour 70 g
- Potato starch 20 g
- Egg, salt, onion, pepper
How to prepare:
Prepare with water and potato flakes bulk potato, add fry onion (without oil), salt, pepper, wheat flour and potato starch. Stir on the molding – board form dough and cut them to small chop. Strew bread crumbs and fry to golden color.Silesia dumplings 3 portion

- Milk or water 350 ml
- Potato starch 100 g
- Salt ½ teaspoon
How to prepare:
Prepare cold mash, add potato flakes and water or milk, potato starch, wheat flour to cold mash. Make a dough. Form 1,5 cm diameter balls. Put dumplings into the salted boiling water and cook for 1-2 minutes after they come to water surface. - Milk and water 300 ml
- Wheat flour 100 g
- Egg
- Salt ½ teaspoon
How to prepare:
Put together wheat flour,1 egg, potato flakes, milk and water. Make a dough. Form thick cylinders. Cut them into pieces. Put the cut pieces into salted boiling water and cook for 1-2 minutes after the dumplings come to water surface. Ingredients:
- Potato flakes 150 g
- Wheat flour 160 g
- Cottage cheese 300 g
- Egg
- Heat water 430 ml (2 glasses)
- Salt 1 teaspoon
How to prepare:
Prepare puree (150 g potato flakes and 430 ml heat water). To cold puree add flour, cottage cheese and egg. Make dough form thick cylinders. Cut them into pieces. Put the cut pieces into boiling water and cook after the dumplings come to water surface. Serve with cream and fruit.Fruit–filled dumplings 3-4 portion
